- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and a return authorization number.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The return needs to be dropped to our Main Pickup point located in Nairobi, inside Dynamic Mall 2nd Floor ML 95.
- The return also needs to be returned in our packaging materials together with all the additional reading accessories discounted during the purchase.
- Once we confirm your return, we will then refund the original order amount within 24-48 hours.
